If you haven't heard back from us and it's been more than 3-4 business days, the most likely reason is that you mentioned cultivation of active species. 

Unfortunately, once you do that, we are legally unable to help you or respond further. Here are some keywords you'll want to avoid:

Grow, Inject, Grain, Spawn, Tek, Substrate, Contamination

As agreed to in our Terms of Service, all of our spore samples are for microscopy use only and should be prepared according to best practices for microscopy.
